Plum

We grow the queen of the plums, known for its taste and quality. It is the variety called 'Claudia' in honor of Queen Claudia, first wife of King Francisco I of France.

Harvested since time immemorial, there are currently 200 varieties. Round or oval, the plum is made up of fibers and substances that improve intestinal transit. Plums havestrong antioxidant properties thanks to the presence of hydroxycinnamic and Ferulic acid.
