The three varieties grown in Thader Cieza are characterised by a yellowish-greenish colour that becomes more and more coloured as the fruit ripens. Their flesh is white.
Its taste is sweet and unmistakable on the palate. As the fruit ripens, the sweetness of the flesh increases.
The skin is smooth, thin, taut and soft. The flesh is mealy and as the fruit ripens, it becomes softer and juicier. When the fruit is greenish, its bite is crunchy.
