A big celebration at Fruit Attraction 2022

In 2023 Thader Cieza will celebrate its 50th anniversary and of course Fruit Attraction, our big annual event in Madrid, had to be our starting point.

Thader Cieza is the first stone fruit cooperative in the Region of Murcia and it has been 50 years since we were founded. It was in 1973 when a group of growers, the pioneers of the flavour, decided to join forces and work together hand in hand in order to grow. This is how they began to take the Cieza peach to all corners of the country, conquering Europe with its flavour and quality.

If it had not been for those first partners who believed in the greatest value of the town of Cieza, the history of agriculture and peaches would possibly be very different from what it is today. 50 years later, the Cieza peach has achieved the Protected Geographical Indication Peach of Cieza, the fruit of the work of all the farmers in the area.

That is why this year at our stand at Fruit Attraction we will be presenting our anniversary and the anniversary of a whole town and its flavour. Without giving away any more clues, we look forward to seeing you at stand number 7C01 in Hall 7 from the 4th to the 6th of October. We’ll be waiting for you!
