Drupes season ends and the countdown begins

The year is beginning and our drupes season is ending to give way to one of the most awaited moments in our agricultural tradition: the flowering of Cieza.

Before the stone fruit season starts again, the fruit trees need a rest period in which the production awaits the optimal conditions for its development.

At Thader Cieza we only offer our fruits within their exact production period. We collect the product every day and sell it with the maximum freshness and all its natural flavour. This is the only way to get the authentic fruit of Cieza.

Especially fruits such as the Cieza peach, one of our star products, require temperate climates. In addition, it needs large doses of solar radiation, which is why our Mediterranean area is ideal for it.

This is why, once winter is over, the flowering process begins. Every year spring comes early in Cieza at the end of February, filling our fields and our town with flowers.
