The stone fruit season 2024 starts in Cieza

It is stone fruit season in Cieza, the city of fruit

The season is beginning and the first fruits are arriving at the Thader Cieza cooperative from our farming partners. Nectarines and red peaches were the first fruits to be harvested around 15th April, the earliest fruits of the year.

In the coming weeks they will give way to saturn peaches and apricots to continue to gradually expand our fruit until our entire catalogue is complete.

Cieza’s fruit continues to gain international recognition both for the quality of its products and for the city’s deep-rooted tradition of fruit growing. Thader Cieza is well positioned in the markets, being the first stone fruit cooperative in the Region of Murcia and being backed by more than one hundred farmer members.
