Our cooperative has specialised in stone fruit for more than 45 years. The fields in Cieza have climatic and enviromental conditions that makes our production unique. In addition, the waters of the Segura River provide the perfect temperature for flowering and fruit production.
But we wouldn´t be the leading cooperative in the Region de Murcia if we didn´t keep working every day to improve. That is why all our products go through rigorous measurement systems for calibre, sugar and pressure.
By measuring the size of our fruit, we ensure that they meet the quality standards guaranteed in each of our batches.
Sugar levels provide the necessary information to guarantee the right level of ripeness and the best flavour.
With penetrometers we measure the firmness and hardness of the fruit. Fruit pressure is used both to determine the optimum time for harvesting and to keep track of the ripeness of the fruit.
All these values will vary depending on the type of fruit being analysed. That is why at Thader Cieza we have an internal register of values, so taht our production reaches the highest quality standars.
